evaluate integral of cosz / (2z-5) over |z-3|=2
pole is given by (2z-5)=0
z = 5/2 which lies inside the given circle
take the 2 common from the denominator to make it (z-a) form
take f(z)=cosz which is analytic inside and on the given contour
